I · E · O · U · A
The five vowels, one after another, each drawn out on a single long breath: Iiiii… Eeeee… Ooooo… Uuuuu… Aaaaa…
After each vowel there is a silence. Sound it back in that quiet, on one long breath.

The breath and the voice can calm the mind, steady the mood and move the energy. Choose a practice, press Begin, and follow the golden circle.
Sit with the spine straight and the body relaxed.
A work in progress: more practices are on their way

In his own voice
A few recordings of Master Samael survive. They are old and the sound is thin, but it is his voice, and there is no better teacher of how a mantra is sung.

The five vowels, one after another, each drawn out on a single long breath: Iiiii… Eeeee… Ooooo… Uuuuu… Aaaaa…
After each vowel there is a silence. Sound it back in that quiet, on one long breath.

Iiiiiiii… held long and clear, seven times over, with a pause between each one.
After each vowel there is a silence. Sound it back in that quiet, on one long breath.

He leads a whole meditation with this mantram: sung slowly, then silence. Sung as: gaaa-teee, gaaa-teee, para-gaaa-teee, para-sam-gaaa-teee, booo-diii, swaaa-haaa.

He recites the Conjuration of the Four, the Conjuration of the Seven and the Invocation of Solomon, explaining each one. Afterwards he answers students' questions.
Tap a mantra to hear how he sings it. Tap again to stop.
