He speaks of the Sacred Absolute Sun mostly in his last books, and above all in the lectures of
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma. It is not the star we see. It is the Spiritual Sun behind it, from which
the forces of creation come, and back to which the work leads.
The first part is the Sun itself:
“…every solar system is governed by one of these Spiritual Suns.”“It is not our sun, the physical sun, that they worshipped, but the cosmic energy and the Sacred Absolute Sun.”
The second part is what comes from it:
“The Great Breath emanates from the Sacred Absolute Sun, and at the end of the Great Day it is reabsorbed in the Sacred Absolute Sun.”“It is not possible to create unless the Great Breath has previously unfolded into its three forces.”
The third part is the one law, and the many:
“…the greater the number of laws, the greater the degree of mechanicity and pain.”“There everything is an eternal instant, an eternal now.”
The fourth part is how far we are from it:
“This world is a great speck of dust and ruins, in a dark corner of the Universe, very distant from the sacred Absolute Sun.”“To eat and be eaten is the Law of the Eternal Autoegocratic Common Cosmic Trogo (the reciprocal feeding of all organisms).”
The last part is the return:
“…let us collaborate with him and his holy designs and we will remain free of the law of recurrence forever.”“…we must struggle in a tireless manner to liberate ourselves from the 48, 24, 12, 6 and 3 Laws in order to really return to the Sacred Absolute Sun of our system.”

IOur system of worlds has its own Sacred Absolute Sun
What the Sacred Absolute Sun is: a radiant Spiritual Sun beyond our solar system, one of many, which no telescope can see. Each system of worlds has its own; their sum is the first cosmos, the Protocosmos, which he also names the Ain Soph Aur and the Solar Absolute.
Much has been spoken about the Sacred Absolute Sun, and obviously, every solar system is governed by one of these Spiritual Suns. They are really extraordinary sparkling Spiritual Suns having infinite splendour in space. They are radiant spheres which are never able to be perceived by the astronomers with their telescopes.
Tarot and Kabbalah, 1978also in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur, The Solar Logos
Many Spiritual Suns
Each system of worlds has its own Spiritual Sun, and all of them together are the first cosmos (passages 1 to 3).
This means that our system of worlds has its own Sacred Absolute Sun, the same as all of the other solar systems in unalterable space.
Tarot and Kabbalah, 1978also in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur
Each universe of infinite space possesses its own Central Sun, and the sum of all these Spiritual Suns constitutes Ain Soph Aur, the Protocosmos, the Solar Absolute.

3. Ain Soph Aur, the third aspect in accordance with the Hebraic Kabalah, to be found here is the First Cosmos, the purely spiritual Protocosmos, the Solar Absolute formed by multiple Spiritual Suns.

Protocosmos is Divine Spirit, and it is found submerged in the bosom of the Absolute. All of the suns and worlds of the Protocosmos are made from the divine substance of this Divine Spirit.

IIThe Midnight Sun, the Sacred Solar Absolute
The ancient peoples who worshipped the sun did not worship the physical star. The Mayans, Nahuas and Egyptians worshipped the Sacred Absolute Sun behind it.
The ancients worshipped the sun, and this is something that is well worth knowing in its entirety. Then, how to explain that such cultured people as the Mayans, the Nahuas, the Zapotecs, etc., worshipped the sun, and nevertheless, all of their things belonged to a very elevated culture? It is not our sun, the physical sun, that they worshipped, but the cosmic energy and the Sacred Absolute Sun. The idea that Quetzalcoatl worshipped a physical sun would never occur to me; neither would I ever think that Manco Capac would worship a material sun.

The ancient Egyptians –as is evidenced by their archetypal ideas and solar architecture– did not worship a physical sun either. Obviously, the Egyptians worshipped Ra, the Midnight Sun, the Sacred Solar Absolute. All the vestiges left by the Egyptians confirm this.

IIIHis shadow in us and within us is Lucifer
In Egypt the midday Sun, the Sacred Absolute Sun, was Osiris, and his shadow was Typhon. Behind every sun that lights us stands this central Sun, and its reflection within each of us is Lucifer, the psychological trainer.
We know that the inner divine Logoi is beyond the body, the emotions and the mind. This, unquestionably, is that which is ineffable, is real. He projects his reflection, his particular shadow within us, here and now. Obviously this shadow, this logoic reflection is the psychological trainer, Lucifer the tempter. Each of us has our particular Lucifer. In the Egypt of the Pharaohs, the midday sun, the Sacred Absolute Sun was always symbolised by Osiris whilst his shadow, his reflection, his Lucifer, was allegorised by Typhoon.
Tarot and Kabbalah, 1978also in Lucifer
The Sun and its shadow
In Egypt the Sun was Osiris and its shadow Typhon; within each of us that shadow is Lucifer (passages 8, 9).
Do not forget that behind each Sun that illuminates us is the Phoenician Elon, the Jewish Helion, the central Sun of this universe in which we live, we move and have our Being. That this sacred absolute Sun has its contrasts and oppositions is normal; in any case his shadow in us and within us is Lucifer, the great psychological trainer that we have for our own good.

Part Two — The Great Breath profoundly unknown to itself

IThe Great Breath is rooted in the Sacred Absolute Sun
From the Sacred Absolute Sun comes the Great Breath, the active Okidanokh. It unfolds into the three primary forces, positive, negative and neutral, and nothing can be created until it has done so. At the end of the Great Day it is taken back into the Sun.
The three Primary Forces in themselves and by themselves are sunderable parts of the Great Breath, which is profoundly unknowable to itself. The Great Breath is rooted in the Sacred Absolute Sun. You know this. The three Primary Forces emanate from the Great Breath, and are reabsorbed in the Great Breath. The Great Breath emanates from the Sacred Absolute Sun, and at the end of the Great Day it is reabsorbed in the Sacred Absolute Sun. It is not possible to create unless the Great Breath has previously unfolded into its three forces: Positive, negative and neutral.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983also in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur, The Laws of the Three and of the Seven, The Solar Logos
From the Sun, three forces
The Great Breath comes from the Sun, unfolds into three forces, and where they meet, creation arises; at the end it goes back (passages 10 to 12).
From the Sacred Absolute Sun emanates the sacred and active Okidanokh, –omnipresent, omni-penetrating, omniscient– emanates the Great Breath profoundly unknown to itself.
The Fifth GospelThe Balance of the Energetic CentersConference given to Gnostic studentsalso in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur, The Laws of the Three and of the Seven, The Solar Logos
Unquestionably, the Great Breath, that is, the active Okidanokh –omnipresent, omni-penetrating, omniscient– emanated at the dawn of this creation from the Sacred Absolute Sun, and it must unfold itself into three fundamental ingredients to be able to create: the first one, the positive force; the second one, the negative force; the third one, the neutral force. If those three cosmic forces –positive, negative and neutral– did not coincide in a given point in the universe, any type of creation would be impossible. That is why these three forces –positive, negative and neutral– coincide in a given point, and there, where they meet, creation arises.
The Fifth GospelThe Balance of the Energetic CentersConference given to Gnostic studentsalso in The Law of Polarities, The Laws of the Three and of the Seven
The emanation of our Omni-Merciful and Sacred Solar Absolute is what H. P. B. calls "the Great Breath'', to itself deeply unknown... Obviously this Omnipresent Active Principle, even if a participant in the creation of worlds, does not melt into these worlds: it stays independent, omnipresent and omnipenetrating... It is easy to understand that the emanation of the Solar Absolute unfolds into the Three Primary Forces---Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva---with the evident purpose of creating and then going back again to create...

IIThe active Okidanokh has its root within the sacred Absolute Sun
The Okidanokh, the active element present everywhere, is the emanation of the Sacred Solar Absolute. The world of Atziluth comes from it, and so does the cause of the three forces.
The World of Atziluth is derived from the omnipresent and active Okidanokh. The active Okidanokh is the eternal incessant breath, profoundly unknowable to itself. The active Okidanokh has its root within the sacred Absolute Sun.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983also in The Words He Uses
Let us remember that the three original forces of this great creation always crystallise in the positive, negative and neutral forms. The causa causans of the Holy Triamazikano is found hidden in the active element Okidanokh. The latter, in and of itself, is only the emanation of the Sacred Solar Absolute.

IIIThe AUM belongs to the Theomertmalogos
The Theomertmalogos, the Word, weaves and unweaves the Loom of God. It was altered at the dawn of the Cosmic Day, and the AUM, the three forces as sound, belongs to it.
The ‘Theomertmalogos’ weaves and unweaves its own Loom with infinite wisdom. All of Nature is the Loom of God.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983also in The Treasury of the Light
The Theomertmalogos was altered in the Dawn of the Mahamanvantara, by a contact of the Geneotriamatzikamnian type. This signifies that the sublime Theomertmalogos suffered a certain alteration when it made contact with the primogenial manifestation of the Cosmos.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983
Master: Well, the letter A is the Father; U, the Son; and M, the Holy Spirit. So the AUM belongs to the Theomertmalogos. It is proto-tattvic in an eminent form and, obviously, it symbolizes those three forces that are to crystallize in us according to the transcendent and transcendental directive of the Sacred Absolute Sun. So do not forget that the AUM is proto-tattvic, and that it belongs to the highest there is, the Theomertmalogos.

IThere are seven cosmos
The Ray of Creation begins in the Absolute with the Protocosmos and comes down through seven cosmoses. The one law of the first cosmos becomes three in the second, and so on downward. The substance of every cosmos is also within us.
I want you to know that there are seven cosmos: First, the Protocosm; second, the Ayocosm; third, the Macrocosm; fourth, the Deuterocosm; fifth, the Mesocosm; sixth, the Microcosm; seventh, the Tritocosm.

The ray of creation
The seven cosmos as he names them, each wider and more bound than the one above; on the right, the laws that govern each, in his numbers (passages 19, 22, 27, 49).
This first cosmos is made of an entirely spiritual nature. Its name is Protocosmos. The second is the Ayocosmos or Megalocosmos, that is to say, the Vast Cosmos, or all of the Suns, all of the worlds of the infinite space.

IIThe most complete bliss reigns there
In the Sacred Absolute Sun only the one law governs, so there is no mechanicity and the fullest bliss reigns. The farther worlds lie from it, the more laws govern them and the more mechanicity and pain they hold. Yet all that mechanicity was first calculated by the Sun itself.
The Protocosmos, or first cosmos is infinitely divine, ineffable. In it there does not exist any mechanical principle, it is governed by the One Law. If we reflect profoundly about the Solar Absolute, we will see that there exists beyond, the most complete freedom, absolute happiness, because everything is governed by the One Law.

Nearer and farther
Near the Sun, one law and bliss; the farther from it, the more laws, and the more mechanicity and pain (passages 25, 26).
Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, it is indispensable to comprehend that the greater the number of laws, the greater the degree of mechanicity and pain; the lesser the number of laws, the lesser the degree of mechanicity and pain. Unquestionably, in the sacred absolute sun, in the central spiritual sun of this system in which we live, move and have our Being, there is no mechanicity of any type and therefore, it is obvious that the most complete bliss reigns there.

Answer: Distinguished gentleman, honorable ladies who listen to me in this audience, I want you to know in a clear and precise manner that beyond this set of worlds which forms our solar system, the solar, sacred absolute shines gloriously. It is indubitable that in the central spiritual sun, governed by the one law, exists the unalterable happiness of the eternal living God; unfortunately, as we move farther and farther away from the sacred absolute sun, we penetrate worlds which are more and more complicated each time, where automatism, mechanicity and pain introduce themselves. Obviously, in the cosmos of three laws, the bliss is incomparable because the materialism is lesser. In this region, any atom merely possesses three atoms of the absolute within its inner nature.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur, The Laws of the Three and of the Seven
Answer: Distinguished gentleman, in the sacred absolute sun, as I have already said, only the one law governs. In the cosmos of three laws, the will of the Father is still carried out, because all is governed by the three fundamental laws. However, in the world of six laws, beyond all doubt, there already exists a mechanicity, which in a certain way makes it independent of the will of the absolute. Now, think of the worlds of 24,48 and 96 laws. It is obvious that in such orders of worlds, mechanicity multiplies itself independently of the solar sacred absolute. This, of course, suggests that the Father is excluded from all creation; however, it is good that everyone knows that all mechanicity is previously calculated by the sacred absolute sun, since the different orders of laws and the diverse mechanical processes could not exist if it had not been so decided by the Father. This universe is a whole within the intelligence of the solar sacred absolute and these phenomena crystallize in a successive manner, little by little. Do you understand?

IIIAn eternal instant, an eternal now
In the Sacred Absolute Sun time does not exist. The whole universe stands there complete, in one eternal moment; time is only how the mind sees phenomena crystallising one after another.
Answer: Sir, gentlemen, ladies, I want to say in an emphatic manner that in the Sacred Absolute Sun, time is 48 times faster that here on Earth. On analyzing this statement, we wisely say: Since time is the mere subjective creation of the intellectual humanoid, it is obvious that it is 49 times slower than on the Sacred Absolute Sun. In other words I clarify that the mind of a humanoid possesses 49 subconscious departments and because of this it is said that time here among the three-brained or threecentered bipeds mists called men is 49 times slower than on the Sacred Absolute Sun. Using now the inductive process taught by Aristotle in his divine entelechy, we will conclude: If time in the Sacred Absolute Sun is 49 times more rapid than on the intellective level of the humanoid, obviously this means that on the Sacred Sun time does not exist. There everything is an eternal instant, an eternal now.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in The Subconscious
Between the rising and the setting of the sun we set our beloved hours, we invent them, we do it with the movement of the heavenly bodies, but this is a fantasy of the mind. Cosmic phenomena succeed one another within an eternal instant of the great life in its movement. In the sacred absolute sun, our universe exists as an integral, unitotal and complete whole. Within it, all the cosmic changes process themselves within an eternal moment, within an instant that has no limits It is evident and manifest that when the different successive phenomena of this universe crystallize, unfortunately, the concept of time then comes to our mind. Such a subjective concept is always placed between phenomenon and phenomenon.

IAtoms of the Sacred Absolute Sun
Every atom carries within it a number of atoms of the Sacred Absolute Sun. Below the surface of the Earth that number grows from circle to circle down to the centre of the Earth, and with it the number of laws, the density, the materialism and the suffering.
Unquestionably, the inhabitants of the submerged mineral kingdom find themselves too far from the Sacred Absolute Sun and because of this are certainly terribly malignant and frightfully ugly.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973
How many atoms of the Sun
The atoms of the Sun carried in each atom, as he counts them, from the cosmos of three laws down through the circles below the Earth; bars drawn to scale (passages 26, 30 to 34).
Answer: Friends, certainly the fifth Dantestic circle is denser than the four previous ones due to their atomic composition. For your information each atom of the fifth submerged region carries in its womb 480 atoms of the Sacred Absolute Sun. It is evident then that the fifth submerged region is much more gross that the previous ones; therefore, the suffering there is greater.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in The Klipoth
It is good to know that each atom of the sixth Dantestic circle carries in its abdomen 576 atoms of the Sacred Absolute Sun Undoubtedly, such types of extremely heavy atoms are the causa causorum of a tremendous materialism.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in The Klipoth
It is not superfluous to remember with surprising complete clarity that in the mentioned zone, each atom carries in its interior 768 atoms of the Sacred Absolute Sun In this manner then, each atom of the latter is terribly dense, and therefore it is not strange that in this region materialism is even denser than in the seven previous circles. An equal number of laws (768) control all the activities of the infernal eighth circle and because of this life in this submerged zone of the avernus is too complicated and difficult; therefore, the sufferings intensify terribly in the tenebrous zone of the negative aspect of Uranus, below the epidermis of the Earth.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in The Klipoth

IIA great speck of dust and ruins
This world lies very far from the Sacred Absolute Sun. When our inner Being stands before it, remorse comes; those who have gone too far away no longer feel it. From the same Sun the Saviours are sent into this valley of tears.
This world is a great speck of dust and ruins, in a dark corner of the Universe, very distant from the sacred Absolute Sun.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983
“And if I lead you moreover into the thirteenth aeon, then will ye see the glory in which thy are; the twelve Aeons will count for you as the darkness of darknesses, and ye shall look at the twelve Aeons, how it [their region] will have for you the likeness of a speck of dust because of the great distance it is far distant from it, and because of the great condition it is considerably greater than the former.” Certainly, the Twelve Aeons are very far from the Light of lights, and from the Sacred Absolute.
Pistis Sophia Unveiled, 1983
If the transcendental aspects of our Inner Being confront themselves with our own Logoi or with the Sacred Absolute Sun, then we can verify for ourselves the psychological errors of the inferior parts of our psyche, and this causes remorse in us. Normally the mentioned process, that is, what I have just stated, is carried out in all normal beings, although the latter, in the physical world, ignore it radically; anyhow, they feel remorse after acting wrongly. The luck of the decidedly perverse ones is very different; since they have already become too distant from the Sacred Absolute Sun due to their evil deeds, it is clear that in their consciences such processes are not carried out and therefore, remorse is impossible in them.

IIIThe reciprocal feeding of all organisms
The Trogoautoegocratic law is the reciprocal feeding of all that exists: to eat and be eaten, the exchange among worlds, plants, minerals and every organism. The Sun is the source of all life that sustains existence by this law, and water is the agent through which it is crystallised.
To eat and be eaten is the Law of the Eternal Autoegocratic Common Cosmic Trogo (the reciprocal feeding of all organisms). Unquestionably, such a reciprocity, correspondence or mutuality, appears because of the active omni-present element Okidanokh.
The Three Mountains, 1972
The reciprocal feeding
The Trogoautoegocratic law as a ring of exchange around the Sun that sustains it, each named in his words (passages 39, 41 to 44).
The Holy Heptaparaparshinok (Law of Seven) is fundamental to all creation. The ‘seven-gravity-center-vibrations-of-sound’ originated all of the Trogoautoegocratic processes (the reciprocal nourishment of everything existent). These processes finally come to give crystallisation to all of the concentrations of worlds. Music, the Verb, originates the socalled ‘successiveness-of-the-processes-of-the-mutual-blendingof-vibrations.’ Thanks to that law of mutual nourishment of all that exists – and under the scientific impulse of the vibrations of sound – some vibrations issue from others; also, cosmic substances of various densities and different vital forces join and separate amongst themselves forming, in a relatively independent fashion, great and small concentrations - the result of all this being the universe.
Christmas Messagesalso in The Laws of the Three and of the Seven
Since many persons ignore what the eternal common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” law is, it is convenient to clarify the following This great law is manifested as the reciprocating nutrition of all organisms.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973
There is then, an exchange of radiations among the different metals that exist in the interior of the Earth. There is reciprocating nourishment among the metals, and what is most surprising is the exchange of radiations among the metals that exist in the interior of the Earth, and those that exist within the submerged mineral kingdom In other worlds of the solar system. There we have the eternal common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” law in full manifestation. This great law permits the sharing among worlds, this reciprocating nourishment among planets; this exchange of planetary substance comes to originate the equilibrium of worlds around their gravitational centers. In other words we will say the following: There exists reciprocating nourishment among plants, among minerals, among organisms of all types, etc., etc., etc.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973
Since the Sun is the source of all life and the marvelous agent that sustains all existence according to the eternal common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” Law, obviously, we come to really find the fatal and negative antithesis of all of this in the antithetical solar aspect of the fourth submerged terrestrial zone.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973also in The Klipoth, The Law of Opposites
What will we say now of the element water? Obviously it is through this element that the eternal common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” process is crystallized, making possible the reciprocating nourishment of all the creatures. If the Earth were to remain without water, if the seas were to dry up, if the rivers were to disappear, all the creatures that inhabit the face of the Earth would die; with this concrete and definitive fact it is completely demonstrated that water is the agent through which is crystallized the eternal common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” law.
Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma, 1973
Answer: Distinguished lady, it is good that you understand that your interior monad, you immortal spark, your Father that is in secret, as the Christie gospel would say, is the eternal regulator of the common cosmic “Trogoautoegocratic” process; he has the power to give to us and the power to take away from us. If we act in accordance with the law, if we are in harmony with the infinite, if we learn to obey the Father that is in secret, in the heavens as well as on earth, we shall never lack bread each day. What the Sacred Absolute Sun wants of us: to crystallise within us the three primary forces, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Those who crystallise them are freed from the law of recurrence.
The sacred Absolute Sun wants to crystallize the three Primary Forces within us. The Logoic Light is of a threefold kind, and each one is more excellent than the other. One is the light of glory of the Holy Spirit. Another is the glory of Christ, and another the glory of the Father. The three forms of Logoic Light are of a diverse class and diverse type, one more excellent than the other. However, the entire Logoic Triple Light is one.

In Venus one is freed of ill-will; something really grandiose. First, one must liberate oneself from the Solar System (Deuterocosmos), and later from the Galaxy (Macrocosmos). By means of transcendental works we enter into the Protocosmos. Despite the fact that it is within the Absolute, we have to liberate ourselves from the Protocosmos. IIIWith the emanations of the Sacred Absolute Sun
The Hanbledzoïn of the Being, the blood that nourishes the body of the conscious will, is formed from the emanations of the Sacred Absolute Sun. He says how they are drawn in: by contemplation, meditation and prayer.
A practice
The Human Soul is indeed the Being; the Spiritual Soul or the Buddhi is the Being; the Atman is the Being. When I say the Hanbledzoïn of the Being, the sacred Aiësakhaldan, I am talking about a new type of blood which must be created in order to nourish the body of the sacred will or of the conscious will, the will that can determine or define the circumstances: the Egoaitoorassnian will. With what is this blood formed, this Hanbledzoïn of the Being? With the emanations of the Sacred Absolute Sun. And how would a mystic succeed in attracting those emanations of the Sacred Solar Absolute to his causal body? How could we attract the sacred Aiësakhaldan? It is simply by means of contemplation, meditation and prayer. Then, such emanations are transformed into the blood of the causal, into the Hanbledzoïn of the Being.

IVHis shining Divine Prototype, in the Sacred Absolute Sun
Each of us has a Divine Prototype in the Sacred Absolute Sun. In The Three Mountains he tells of the labour his Prototype set Hercules, and of his own entry into a sanctuary of the Sun and his return to its bosom.
The Twelve Labour of Hercules, the Solar Hero, was certainly imposed by his brother, that is, by his shining Divine Prototype, in the Sacred Absolute Sun...
The Three Mountains, 1972
Then the Being of my Being was incarnated in me, that which is beyond Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva..., that divine Solar Absolute Prototype. When that mystical fact took place, I happily entered into a small Sanctuary of the Sacred Absolute Sun... From that extraordinary instant I could nourish myself from the Tree of Life, beyond Good and Evil... I had returned to the original point of departure; unquestionably I had returned to my abode... Each one of us has in that radiant sphere of light and joy, his Divine Prototype... The Sacred Individuals that inhabit the Central Sun are prepared to enter the Absolute Abstract Space; this always happens at the end of Mahamvantara (cosmic day).
The Three Mountains, 1972also in Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur, Alchemy, The Being Is the Being, The Solar Logos
When any cosmic manifestation finishes, the Three Original Forces integrate to blend or fuse with the unceasing Breath, to itself deeply unknown... That which happens in the macrocosmos is repeated in the microcosmic man; such was my particular case... Thus I was able to return to the bosom of the Sacred Solar Absolute; however, I continued with the physical Lemurian body, living for millions of years... I became one more of the stones of the Guardian Wall.

How this was made. All fifty-two books were extracted (73,105 paragraphs,
2,157,671 words) and swept for the Sacred Absolute Sun by name (with the Sacred Solar Absolute and the Solar Absolute), for the Trogoautoegocrat, the Theomertmalogos and the Protocosmos, and for the Okidanokh and the central Spiritual Sun where he sets them beside the Absolute; the paragraph either side was taken where his sentence ran across. Introduction to Gnosis was left out, by the editor’s ruling. That returned 138 candidate paragraphs in 12 books. Every candidate was read
twice, by independent readers working from a written brief. The two passes agreed on whether to print
68.1% of the time and on the class 53.6%. The 44 disagreements on printing were settled by a third reading; most were only which of two printings of the same words to keep, or whether the second half of a sentence should stand on its own. 56 were judged printable, and each of them is printed here, carrying with it the paragraphs his sentences run into, so 56 passages are printed here.
The rest are recorded with the reason each was set aside.
What was set aside. 13 belong to other works: the line that Christ is the Central Sun (The Intimate Christ), the names of the dual Protocosmos (The Eternal Mother Space), and the Trogoautoegocratic law as money, gluttony and the balance (Greed, Gluttony, The Law of Karma). 12 were questions from the audience, headings, a table line and a passage on opium, and 1 named Helios only in passing. 28 more were
judged and not printed, most of them the same words printed in another of his books, and 28 were judged the second halves of sentences begun in the paragraph before.
No sentence of his is cut in half. Each range was extended against the corpus until his
sentence closed, and 34 ranges run over more than one paragraph.
44 passages also stand in a finished work, and every one is marked where it
stands, the most in The Laws of the Three and of the Seven (24) and Ain, Ain Soph, Ain Soph Aur (17). An overlap is allowed wherever the teaching needs it, so that a reader who comes to this one book has the whole of it. What is not allowed is an
overlap a reader cannot see.
Checked against the source. Every passage was proved word for word against the raw text of its own
book, and the printed text against the paragraphs it joins, with no failures. Eight mends were made, and they are listed: in Yes, There Is a Hell, a Devil and Karma an audience question had been run into the end of his answer, three words had been split by the scanner (“such”, “mentioned”, “abdomen”) and one misspelt (“crystallized”); in Pistis Sophia Unveiled “sunderable” and in The Secret Doctrine of Anahuac “element” had been split; and in Christmas Messages two dashes had lost their spaces. Every other printed word stands as the source has it.
No editor’s notes. The doctrine search over his passages and over every word of ours found nothing that ties the fire to anything but the couple’s work. Dissolving the I names the three works together, the Maithuna (the work of the couple), the dissolution of the I and the sacrifice for humanity, and none of them is said to raise the fire alone; Tarot and Kabbalah says the path is sexual.
A work of Creation. Creation is a family of small books, each on one step in the making of a
world, set in the order the making unfolds. The Sacred Absolute Sun stands third in that order, as the Sun from which the forces of a world come. The family wears the rose sand of first dawn; this book’s colour is the red of the midday Sun, Osiris.
