This is the practice part of Aquarius, in his words only, set out step
by step. Each card has a line of his at the top, a small box with how and when, taken from his own sentences,
and then his paragraph cut at its full stops and commas into numbered steps, nothing added and nothing left out.
The work on the calves is given twice, each card in its own book's words: first as the exercise of the
Zodiacal Course of 1951, then as the magnetic passes of 1967. The full teaching, with every passage
around these, is in the main booklet, Aquarius.

The disciple will then submit himself to internal meditation,
praying to his “Inner Being” that he may enter the sidereal temples of Aquarius,
to bring thee the genii of that constellation so that you may achieve illumination.

“Energy, pass through, energy, pass through, energy pass through, penetrate my organism, ascend to unite with your sister, the current which comes from above, from heaven, from Uranus.”
