This is the practice part of Libra, in his words only, set out step by
step. Each card has a line of his at the top, a small box with how and when, taken from his own sentences,
and then his paragraphs cut at their full stops and clauses into numbered steps, nothing added and nothing
left out. The balancing movement, Ursa Major and the yellow stone, the order of the week and indifference come
from the Zodiacal Course of 1951; the balancing movement once more and the work with Karma come from
the Esoteric Treatise of Hermetic Astrology of 1967; the rune TORN comes from Christ Will of
1955; the perfume comes from Occult Medicine and Practical Magic. The order of the week and
indifference stand as cards to keep in mind. The syllables and the drawn-out mantra TORN are printed letter
for letter as he prints them. The full teaching, with every passage around these, is in the main booklet,
Libra.
The balance
Practice 1
arms extended to the sides in the form of a cross, or scale
How
Stand up, with the feet firm
How many
seven times to the right and seven towards the left
For
that all our energies become balanced in our kidneys
Stand up, with the feet firm and arms extended to the sides in the form of a cross, or scale
and move inclining the waist seven times to the right and seven towards the left,
with the intention that all our energies become balanced in our kidneys.
Where it comes from: Zodiacal Course, 1951
Practice 2
move in the form of a scale
How
in a military position of attention
How many
inclining seven times to the right and seven to the left
The spine
The movement of the upper half of the spinal column should be like that of a scale.
Stand up, in a military position of attention and then with the arms extended in the form of a cross or scale,
move in the form of a scale, inclining seven times to the right and seven to the left with the intention that all of your energies become equilibrated in the kidneys.
The movement of the upper half of the spinal column should be like that of a scale.
The forces that ascend from the earth passing by the sieve of our feet along the entire organism, should become equilibrated at the waist and this is carried out successfully with the balancing movement of Libra.

Ursa Major
Practice 3
meditate profoundly on a “yellow stone” that exists in the astral
When
in the moments of transition between vigil and sleep
Meditate
students should meditate intensely on the ‘Ursa Major’
Ancient men grew spiritually under the influence of the “Ursa Major” and students should meditate intensely on the ‘Ursa Major’ if they want to awaken consciousness.
That constellation radiates powerful spiritual forces and man should learn to converse with the sidereal genii of that constellation.
There is a key to transfer oneself to that constellation.
The key is to meditate profoundly on a “yellow stone” that exists in the astral.
Do this exercise in the moments of transition between vigil and sleep and thou shall then transfer thyself in the astral body to the largest star of the ‘Ursa Major’, where a powerful and gigantic civilization exists.
Since the seventeenth century, the earth entered a new era of spiritual awakening.
That awakening will shine in all its splendor in the sign of Aquarius, the present era.
The cause of that awakening is due to the influence of the great enlightened “Buddha” who in the seventeenth century became the redeemer of the Martian humanity, was crucified in the forces of Mars, to redeem the Martians and help our terrestrial humanity with “BuddhicMartian” forces that radiate from Mars.
Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Orifiel are the four Lords that rule the karmic balance of the four winds (North, South, East and West).
These are the four angels of the four cardinal points of the earth.
Esoteric Astrology should live within the law of perfect equilibrium.
Where it comes from: Zodiacal Course, 1951
Keep in mind: the week
Practice 4
the true and legitimate order of the days of the week
The order
Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
For
to live in accordance with the law of equilibrium
Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is the true and legitimate order of the days of the week.
This is the authentic and legitimate calendar that the Roman-Catholic sect adulterated and which befalls on us to restore, to live in accordance with the law of equilibrium.
The authentic week is based on the law of true equilibrium and planetary order.
Where it comes from: Zodiacal Course, 1951
Keep in mind: indifference
Practice 5
We should be indifferent before success and failure
Before
the alternatives of pleasure and pain, of profit and loss
Take care
do not live in a house with people full of hatred, or superficiality
Learn
Learn, therefore, the force of equilibrium.
We should learn how to look at the alternatives of pleasure and pain, of profit and loss, with indifference.
We should be indifferent before success and failure, before pleasure and pain, before compliments and insults.
When entire nature once again meets its primordial equilibrium, the continents will sink in the oceans, there will be much fire, the oceans will evaporate, the vapors will decompose into their atomic formations, everything will return to the primitive akash, to the cosmic night, to the primeval equilibrium of the great cosmic balance, after the activity of a manhanvantara which lasts 311,040,000,000,000 years.
All the great cataclysms of nature were actualized with fire.
Thou should not mix antagonistic forces because terrible destructive forces result from such mixture.
Look carefully at those who surround thee and do not live in a house with people full of hatred, or superficiality, because the mixture of antagonistic forces creates destructive forces for thee and for those who live with thee.
Learn, therefore, the force of equilibrium.

Karma
Practice 6
We then become conscious of the cause of the act
How
in Meditation with a Still mind and in profound Silence
Debts
Do good deeds in order for you to pay your debts.
Anubis
The Initiates can directly negotiate with Anubis.
Every moment of happiness or pain should be continued in Meditation with a Still mind and in profound Silence.
The result comes to be the experience of the same event in a previous life.
We then become conscious of the cause of the act, whether it be pleasant or unpleasant.
By modifying the cause, one modifies the effect.
Do good deeds in order for you to pay your debts.
The Lion of the Law is combated with the scales.
If the plate of the bad deeds weighs more, I advice you to increase the weight on the plate of the good deeds; in this manner you will incline the balance in your favor.
The Initiates can directly negotiate with Anubis.
We can pay every karmic debt with good deeds, but we have to negotiate with Anubis.
The Law of Karma, the Law of the Cosmic Balance is not a blind law; one can also ask for credit from the Lords of Karma, but every credit must be paid with good deeds and if not paid, then the Law collects with pain.

The rune TORN
Practice 7
Those that are still weak willed must daily sing the Rune TORN
14. With this indication we wish to affirm that we must prolong the sound of each letter.
15. We know that Sexual Magic is hard and difficult for men of weak will, and because of this we recommend that our disciples first practice the exercises of the Rune TORN, to acquire the strength of Will that permits them to manipulate the Sexual Magic heroically.
16. The Music -Will acts on our water (Semen) transmuting it into Christic energy, that is, into the wine of Light of the Alchemist.
